John 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. Jesus declared the Holy Spirit as a divine person by referencing “Him” instead of it.
John 16:8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: “The Holy Spirit convicts of sin.”
Matthew 28:19.20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. “The Holy Spirit is part of the Godhead.”
Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. “The Holy Spirit can be grieved.”
Genesis 6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. The Holy Spirit ‘strives’ with us, encouraging us to choose right.
Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. “The Holy Spirit intercedes for us.”
Romans 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. “The Spirit has a mind.”
Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: “The Spirit bears witness that we are children of God.”
Galatians 5:22-26 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. “The Spirit produces His fruits in our lives.”
Ezekiel 36:26-27 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. We gain a new heart—transformation of character, by the aid of the Spirit.
Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. The Spirit participated in creation, & participates in re-creation.
Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. Resurrection is promised to God’s faithful people, through Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit
John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Matthew 12:31-32 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. “To fully reject the convicting, converting, instructing power of the Holy Spirit continually is to everlastingly commit the unpardonable sin.”
Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. When we submit to the Spirit’s lead, we become sons and daughters of God.
